UK Book Launch was a success!!!
As you already know by now, my first book, "sibling caregivers" was published a little over a month ago. Thanks to a few friends across the pond, I was able to kick off my first book tour in London and it was a huge success!!! Below is some of the feedback during the book signing in London:

The goal for this book is to raise awareness in our community, especially among people who wouldn't normally pay attention to disability and caregiving. For me, this work about creating more awareness to disabilities in our communities is just beginning. But with so many more people discussing this issue, there is great hope for the future.

1yr Book Anniversary in Brooklyn, NY
A year after the release of Sibling Caregivers, OB Nwaogbe and her brother Rolly Nwaogbe met up with friends to discuss the success of the book.
The Book Read & Happy Hour took place at a quaint, local business, "Ode to Babel" in Brooklyn, NY. In attendance were friends from the DC, MD, and VA area, as well as friends in NYC.
During the book read Q & A, most people opened up about their personal challenges with taking care of a parent, sibling, spouse or other family members. To those who have not experienced caregiving first hand, the session was informative.
